WESTBROOK, Maine — If you've been holding out for a dog who can keep up with your active lifestyle, PJ has been waiting for you, too.
This 4 1/2-year-old mix is described by people at the Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland as goofy, fun, and playful.
This 75-pound fella is definitely a mix of things, but his block-like head gives Labrador vibes.
PJ would be a good buddy for beach or hiking adventures. He does well with other dogs, though staff at ARLGP always recommend bringing any resident canines to meet a potential adoptee.
Despite his wiggly energy, PJ is also down for a good snuggle on the couch with his people. He's an affectionate boy and will be loyal to you until the end.
If you're interested in meeting PJ, the ARLGP is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursdays through Tuesdays. They're located at 217 Landing Road in Westbrook.
