LOS ANGELES — The University of Maine has thousands of alumni across the country, even on the West Coast.
Actor Shia LaBeouf is not one of them.
The 32-year-old star of 'Transformers' and 'Holes' was born in Los Angeles, California, and reportedly only attended magnet school Thirty-Second Street USC Performing Arts, and Alexander Hamilton High School in Castle Heights.
But LaBeouf was spotted last Monday in Los Angeles wearing a vintage Starter jacket with a Maine Black Bears logo.
Why? Maybe he was celebrating the Class of 2019's graduation? Saluting women's basketball's second straight conference championship? Reminiscing on the two-decade anniversary of men's hockey's 1999 national title?
We'll all legitimately never know…
