NEWPORT, Maine (NEWS CENTER)-- It's interesting to think that it has been more than 75 years since Donn Fendler made national headlines by being lost in the Maine woods for nine days. His reemergence was commemorated at L. L. Bean on its 75th anniversary. This was a great opportunity to catch up with the Maine legend who is also one of the nicest guys in the world. It was the perfect time to examine "Lost Trail" a new book about Donn's misadventure. It is written by Lynn Plourde and illustrated by Ben Bishop.
